Jason and Jay have known each other since 1990 and have been working on various construction projects together, dating back to their time when they met in elementary school. 

Jason has been in the property management and real estate business since 1996.  Jason has managed smaller projects to multifamily developments and strives to please all clients.  Jason has a vast background, including construction going back to his teenage years. 

Over time, Jason has learned to adapt to newer lighter and more modern materials used in construction and partnered with many exclusive manufacturers and fabricators of specialty products, both from at home and overseas.  Jason is very current on modern methods of finance as well and can help make a project fit into anyone’s budget. 

Jay has been active in the construction industry since 1999.  After graduating with honors from business school he immediately began work on home construction including everything from tear down projects to renovations.  Jay was trained by a board certified wood craftsman and architect.  During the last few years, Jay has been working on custom homes in mainly southern California along with commercial projects across the country. 

Jay began working with Jason on smaller renovation projects in the early 2000’s and has continued to do so combining the skills of both partners experience to better understand their customers needs and desires, while keeping budgets and permitting constantly on their minds.   

Jay has learned to work together with local inspectors and leaders to make sure each project is done right the first time. 

Jay has assembled qualified crews of craftsmen with over 30+years experience to complete the job with impeccable attention to detail.
